1. Pressure Vessel Design and Analysis
- Design of new vesselsin accordance with ASME Section VIII, Divisions 1 & 2.
- Rerating, revalidation, and fitness-for-service (FFS) assessmentsfor existing vessels per API 510 and NBIC.
- Mechanical design and detailed calculation packages using COMPRESS, PVElite, and in-house spreadsheets.
- Design verification for external loads, wind, seismic, nozzle loads, and saddle stressesper WRC 107/537.

- Thermal and mechanical designof shell & tube heat exchangers per TEMA, API 660, and ASME VIII.
- Use of HTRI Xchanger Suitefor detailed thermal rating, performance verification, and fouling analysis.
- Design of air-cooled heat exchangersper API 661, including fan sizing, header design, and thermal optimization.
- Rerating of exchangersfor changing process conditions or debottlenecking projects.
- Development of general arrangement drawings, weld maps, and fabrication specifications.
3. Skid and Modular Fabrication Support
- Complete equipment package design including structural base frames, supports, ladders, platforms, and lifting arrangements.
- 3D modeling and fabrication detailing to ensure proper fit-up and alignment with other disciplines.
- Coordination with fabrication shops for manufacturability reviews, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and material substitutions.
- Development of inspection and test plans (ITP), hydrotest/pneumatic test procedures, and data books.
- Shop and site inspection support, including NDE review and final documentation.
